CCA Objectives
As the first Uniformed Group, the Boys’ Brigade develops Boys into Leaders of character who are loyal and responsible. The brigade does it by promoting the habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and qualities that constitute strong moral character. The 40th Company empowers Boys to make decisions at various levels of training, assigning them responsibilities based on their aptitude.
Key Programmes
Core activities involve Bagpipes and Drums Band, Adventure Hikes and Overnight Camp.
Community service such as BB Cares and BB Share-A-Gift (to promote Service Leadership)
Badgework like First Aid and Hobby Badge (to foster lifelong learning)
Drills (to instil discipline, self-respect, grooming and teamwork)
