Chua Soo Chiew Scholarship

Chua Soo Chiew Scholarship is a scholarship funded from a generous gift by Mr Chua Soo Chiew.

The scholarship is aimed at motivating a deserving former Changkat Changi Secondary School student pursuing a full-time course at the Ngee Ann Polytechnic to achieve greater heights of excellence.

In the event that no student meets that above criteria, the Chua Soo Chiew Scholarship Committee may decide to give the award to a student pursuing accountancy in other Singapore polytechnics.

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time polytechnic undergraduates who are Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents and of good character

• Must be enrolled in any course at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in any discipline OR in an accountancy course at any polytechnic in Singapore

• Outstanding GCE academic results

• Demonstrate leadership potential, active involvement in community service and uphold Changkateer Values

Quota

1 scholarship to be awarded annually for three year period, commencing Academic Year.

Tenure and Benefits

•Tenable for three year commencing from the Academic Year awarded •Valued at $1,000 per year for each of the 3 year course duration
•The recipients may be offered an internship opportunity with the Donor
